Qualified Security Assessor (QSA)

RSI is a growing Information Security Company looking for a Qualified Security Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the regulation of Qualified Security Assessor and Approved Scanning Vendor programs. In this role, the QSA will review reports with clients and work closely with these security vendors to resolve issues. The QSA will provide aid by contributing to various technical development projects and maintaining a robust quality assurance program. This role is vital in addressing a variety of IT and business factors including but not limited to: compliance, risk, governance, security architecture, and hands-on support.

Responsibilities

  • Perform PCI engagements with clients
  • Oversee, plan and manage PCI-DSS audits/operations for clients
  • Administer vendor and contractor management
  • Maintain an effective vulnerability management program
  • Conduct onsite visits with clients when necessary
  • Form and maintain strategic relationships, understanding the customer's business requirements, while balancing those against the existing capabilities of Information Services
  • Collaborate with management to ensure that the PCI program and PCI related projects meet the needs of the patients and employees

Skills / Qualifications

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA certified
  • Requires extensive experience in applications such as SharePoint, Word, MS
  • Strong understanding of information systems and infrastructures
  • Work in a team environment to analyze the Quality Assessor test process and help develop procedural strategies for reviewing reports and service
  • Experience with project management title

Education

  • QSA certified a requirement (must be active)
  • Bachelor degree from accredited institute

Experience

  • 7 years minimum of effective IT Security experience
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on security assessment or PCI DSS experience

RSI is a growing Information Security Company looking for an experienced IT Solution Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in researching and investigating new opportunities and sales leads in an effort to expand account base and sales. Must have experience in selling services (in addition to products). We are particularly looking for someone that has experience in selling IT services and Information Security / Compliance services such as PCI, HIPAA, among others.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry - researching and analyzing sales options
  • Initiate contact with prospective customers to establish relationships and schedule appointments
  • Adjust content of presentations and solution recommendations based on the needs of prospects
  • Explain product and service enhancements and introduce new products and services
  • Conduct follow-up calls and meetings as necessary to close sales
  • Research product improvements and new products - be current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, etc

The ideal candidate will play a key role in researching and investigating new opportunities as well as qualify potential candidates through outbound communication. Responsibilities

  • Support sales team with outbound focus

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administer system and network infrastructure across multiple environments

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and coordinating federal and commercial contracts and providing support as needed. For this role, we are looking for someone who has a passion for supporting bid and proposal efforts, particularly in the area of contracts, and RFP responses to mid-market, and enterprise-level firms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage proposal process to ensure timely completion of proposal requirements
  • Take ownership of process for internal/external contract review, corrections, and formatting compliance within the guidelines of our standard contracting practices and procedures
  • Provide ongoing contract analysis support to our sales group
  • Provide general office support as directed, or as needed
  • Use existing tools and resources to prepare draft proposals and presentations
  • Work with marketing team to draft marketing materials, newsletters, and other customer communications
  • Proofread and edit text prepared by team members
  • Produce electronic and/or hard copy documents for submission to customers

IT Support/ Desktop Support

RSI is a growing Information Security Company looking for an experienced IT Support/ Desktop Support Specialist (Tier 2-3) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in using extensive hardware, software, operating system, and desktop support knowledge, as well as have highly refined customer service skills, to support the end-user base and provide support for internal IT.

Responsibilities

  • Telephone, email and onsite support for employees requiring technical help regarding all systems and hardware
  • Ability to configure, upgrade and relocate PC hardware, software and print devices
  • Ability to perform software and hardware configuration across Windows platform
  • Ability to design, develop, and test workflow processes for end-user developed applications, providing proof-of-concept support
  • Provide detailed reporting and tracking utilizing trouble ticketing system as well as design, test and modify system specifications for internal ticketing system
  • Ability to document knowledge based articles for end-users and internal IT
  • Monitor and manage backup and security systems to ensure data integrity and information assurance
  • Follow up with customers/clients to ensure issues have been resolved
